These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Best Bicycle Tires Etc., Inc. site located at www.bestbicycletiresetc.com. You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and that you accept and agree to abide by them. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS SITE. Best Bicycle Tires Etc., Inc. (dba bestbicyclepartsetc.com) may from time to time change these Terms. Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. Because these Terms are binding upon you in connection with any use you make of this Site, you are advised to periodically review this page for changes to the Terms.

1. All contracts of sale are accepted by the Seller subject to these terms and conditions specified by the Purchaser.

2. Acceptance is conditional upon the availability of the Products, at the sole discretion of the Seller. Acceptance of the delivery of the Products constitutes acceptance of these stipulated terms and conditions.

3. All prices quoted on the bestbicyclepartsetc.com website, in advertisement brochures, correspondence, price lists, or promotional material are liable to confirmation at the time of order.

4. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer as soon as the Products are delivered to the Purchaser.

5. The Seller may provide an indication of an arrival time of the goods purchased at the Purchaser's premises. This estimated time of arrival is only a guide and no responsibility will be accepted for lateness.

6. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with laws of the United States of America and other laws where applicable.

7. We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometime we fall prey to human error. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary. 

8. All products are offered as "while supplies last".  Should an item ordered by Purchaser not be available, Purchaser shall recieve a full refund of their order.

We reserve the right to alter these listed terms and conditions when and where we deem necessary.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by bestbicyclepartsetc.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including initial shipping cost). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy and Security

Bestbicyclepartsetc.com uses 256-bit encrypted transactions for your credit card and personal information. When you use our checkout process, you will see a "lock" symbol either on the bottom or top right of your browser confirming that your transaction is secure. This prevents outsiders from obtaining credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers and lets you know that you are operating in a secure environment. You can safely enter your credit card number without fear of having it intercepted by anyone.

Privacy

We will not share your personal information (name, email, address, phone) with anyone for any reason unless compelled to do so by law. We may from time to time send an email to announce a special offer to existing customers. Each of these emails will contain an 'unsubscribe' link and instructions on how to remove your email address from future mailings. If you wish not to receive any promotional emails, you can select not to (this is the default) during the checkout process.

Emails

Our software automatically sends out an order confirmation email when the order is received. These emails are automatic and are sent by our server software. If you have spam blocking software that sends a return email and requires a response, you will most likely not receive these confirmation emails.

The customer is urged to exercise caution in using the merchandise including wearing a helmet, reflectors and lights.
